How long does a piece take to arrive?
Everything is made to order. Smaller pieces such as stools and lighting ship in one to two weeks; sofas and dining tables take four to seven. The lead time on each product page is the one we are quoting today, and we email you the week your piece goes on the bench.
Do you deliver, and what does it cost?
We deliver anywhere in the continental United States. Delivery is $149 flat, and free on orders over $999. White-glove delivery — into the room of your choice, unpacked, packaging taken away — is available at checkout for larger pieces.
What if it doesn't work in my room?
Return anything within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including made-to-order pieces. We collect it ourselves. The only things we can't take back are custom dimensions and customer-supplied fabric.
Is there a guarantee?
Frames, joinery and springs are guaranteed for life — yours, not the product's. Upholstery and finishes carry a five-year guarantee. If something fails, we repair it; if we can't repair it, we replace it.
Can you build to my dimensions?
Usually, yes. Most of our pieces can be resized within a few inches, and we regularly build one-off commissions. Send the dimensions and the room through the contact form and we'll quote it within two working days.
Do you work with designers and trade clients?
We do. Trade accounts get tiered pricing, fabric memo samples, and a named contact in the workshop. Mention 'trade' in your message and we'll send the application over.
